CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service for the first occurrence. The second occurrence will result in 100% charge for the scheduled service. This policy allows us to protect our stylists, manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
